Good to Know
Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Seven Seasons Salon requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked No-show will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
If you are 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
Redos + Readjustments
If you're not completely satisfied with the outcome of your hair service, please contact the salon within 1 week of your original appointment, and we'll gladly schedule a time to make adjustments. Seven Seasons Salon does not offer refunds.
